After Abortion at Planned Parenthood Fails, Mother Decides to Keep Her Baby

The Era of Infanticide began in 2019 when high-level politicians proposed leaving babies who survive abortion on a table to die. Some of those politicians tried to justify themselves by claiming that such situations never take place but the uncomfortable truth is that children survive abortion attempts far more frequently than abortion advocates will admit.

Wynette in Sacramento tried to offer a pregnancy help brochure to a couple of women at Planned Parenthood. She was quickly interrupted.

“I tried to abort this baby, but it didn’t die. So they’re sending me home,” she said. “I’m really upset because I took the two pills. [But] today, they said the baby is still alive, so they couldn’t help me anymore.”

Wynette responded, “Jesus must really want that baby to live!”

The expectant mother’s mom chimed in, “That’s what I’ve been trying to tell her!”

Wynette was able to direct the women to the local pregnancy center for help. “I told the young woman that I would be praying for her, for the baby, and for her children,” Wynette reported. “I’m always amazed at how many things can be discussed in just a few minutes!”

Escondido, California

A young woman stopped at the Escondido vigil to share that she recently considered having an abortion–even as she was six months pregnant!

Ultimately, she chose life for her baby and wanted to tell vigil participants that being a mom is the best thing that has ever happened to her!”

“She shook everyone’s hand, thanking all of the prayer warriors for praying on the sidewalk,” reported Alma, the local leader.

Riga, Latvia

40 Days for Life participants in Riga carry a poster that translates to, “Let’s end abortion, returning hearts of the parents to their children…and hearts of children to their parents, that the Lord may bless Latvia.”

The message references Scripture as well as the Latvian national anthem–and it touched the heart of one passerby, who exclaimed, “That’s right!”
